Chelsea teacher releases first folk album

Nine months out of the year, local resident John Zainea can be found lecturing his students on the importance of English literature and social studies at Chelsea High School. However, in the summer, the shirt and tie come off and Zainea gets down to business doing what he loves most –– writing and recording music.
